As a personal trainer in Tampa with over 12 years experience, I provide highly effective, results based fitness training with an emphasis on getting you in the absolute best physical condition of your life. Workouts are based on your personal goals, current fitness level, and any physical limitations you may have. For the client aspiring to lose weight and greatly increase overall level of fitness, the workouts are high intensity based on circuits, functional and athletic movements, and weights. Nutritional counseling promoting a sensible, healthy diet is included, and when combined with consistent and challenging exercise the result is the most effective Tampa weight loss program available. I have worked with all fitness levels, from the novice who had never been in a gym before to the athlete working to improve their triathlon performance.  

I apply all that I have learned from my years of training in CrossFit, circuit training, martial arts, plyometrics, and weight training to provide the most effective Tampa exercise and fitness program possible. 

I offer flexible scheduling that can accommodate your busy lifestyle. Training fees are very affordable, considerably less than your typical one-on-one personal training without sacrificing any of the individualized attention, program design, or results you would expect from a top personal trainer.

My training is based out of a very well-equipped, 3000 square foot personal training studio at 4504 West Kennedy Boulevard in South Tampa, conveniently located on Kennedy just east of Westshore Blvd. The gym features plenty of open space, excellent equipment, showers and lockers.
